Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the OKProxy Terms of Service and defines permitted and prohibited uses of OKProxy services.
1. General Principles
OKProxy proxies are intended for lawful use cases, including online service access, privacy protection, testing, monitoring, development, SEO tasks, SMM, arbitrage, management of online workflows, and scraping of publicly available data where such activity is allowed by applicable rules.
The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their activities do not violate any law, third-party rights, platform rules, or this Policy.
OKProxy provides technical infrastructure and is not the initiator of the Customer’s activities performed through the proxies.
2. Prohibited Use
The Customer must not use OKProxy services for:
- spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or abusive communication;
- phishing, fake login pages, fake payment forms, or impersonation;
- scams, fraud, or misleading activities;
- carding, financial fraud, or illegal payment activity;
- DDoS attacks, botnet activity, or network abuse;
- brute force, credential stuffing, password guessing, or unauthorized access attempts;
- hacking accounts, systems, applications, networks, or devices;
- distribution of viruses, trojans, spyware, ransomware, or other malware;
- mass account registration for fraud, restriction bypassing, or platform rule violations;
- ad fraud, artificial clicks, views, likes, votes, installs, or other artificial activity where prohibited by platform rules;
- copyright or intellectual property infringement;
- unlawful collection, copying, or scraping of restricted, personal, or protected data;
- bypassing technical restrictions where such bypass violates the law or the rules of the relevant service;
- activity that may result in abuse reports, network blocks, reputational damage to OKProxy, or harm to third parties;
- any other activity that violates applicable law.
3. Customer Responsibility
The Customer is fully responsible for all activities performed using purchased proxies.
If proxy access is shared with employees, contractors, clients, or other third parties, the Customer remains responsible for their actions.
The Customer must independently verify whether their intended use is allowed by third-party websites, social networks, exchanges, advertising platforms, marketplaces, and other services.
4. Abuse Reports and Investigations
If OKProxy receives a complaint from a third party, provider, data center, payment system, rights holder, or other party, OKProxy may investigate the proxy usage.
During the investigation, OKProxy may temporarily restrict or suspend access to specific proxies, orders, or the Customer’s account.
If a violation is confirmed or there are reasonable signs of prohibited activity, OKProxy may terminate the Services without refund.
5. Third-Party Blocks and Restrictions
OKProxy does not guarantee that proxies will work with every specific website, application, social network, exchange, advertising platform, marketplace, or service.
Third-party services may independently restrict access, block accounts, request verification, change anti-fraud systems, or update access rules.
Such third-party actions are not an automatic basis for a refund if the proxies themselves are technically functional.
6. Compatibility Check
Before purchase, the Customer should evaluate whether the selected proxy type is suitable for the intended task.
If the proxies do not meet the Customer’s needs, refund eligibility depends on the product type, the refund request period, and the Refund Policy.
In some cases, OKProxy may offer a replacement, another location, another proxy type, or another solution, but OKProxy does not guarantee compatibility with a specific third-party service unless expressly stated.
7. Consequences of Violation
If the Customer violates this Policy, OKProxy may:
- issue a warning;
- restrict access to specific proxies;
- suspend the order;
- block the account;
- refuse renewals or new orders;
- terminate the Services without refund;
- provide information to competent authorities where required by law.
8. Changes to This Policy
OKProxy may update this Acceptable Use Policy. The latest version is published on the website.
Continued use of the Services after an update means acceptance of the updated Policy.
