Terms of Service

**OKProxy / Service** means the proxy service available through okproxy.pro.

**User / Customer** means any individual or legal entity that uses the website, creates an account, tops up the balance, purchases services, or otherwise interacts with OKProxy.

**Account** means the user area on the website where the Customer can manage orders, balance, renewals, proxy access, and service settings.

**Services** means digital services provided by OKProxy, including access to proxy servers and related products such as Residential proxies, Mobile proxies, IPv4, IPv6, MTProto proxies, and other services available on the website.

**Balance** means the internal account balance that may be used to pay for OKProxy services.

**Order** means a selected service, tariff, rental period, quantity, location, and other parameters submitted by the Customer through the website or account area.

OKProxy provides Customers with access to proxy servers and related digital services according to the selected tariff and order parameters.

The Customer agrees to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and applicable laws.

OKProxy does not control the Customer’s specific activities carried out through the proxies and is not responsible for the Customer’s actions, third-party claims, or any consequences resulting from the Customer’s violation of laws, third-party platform rules, or these Terms.

Some services may require account registration.

The Customer agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information required for registration, payment, support, and service delivery.

The Customer is responsible for keeping account login credentials secure. Any actions performed through the Customer’s account are deemed to be performed by the Customer unless proven otherwise.

If the Customer suspects unauthorized access to the account, the Customer must contact OKProxy support as soon as possible.

OKProxy may temporarily restrict or suspend account access in case of suspected unauthorized access, violation of these Terms, prohibited activity, abuse reports, fraudulent behavior, or other actions that may harm OKProxy, other users, or third parties.

Services are delivered digitally through the account area, either automatically or manually, depending on the product type and technical order details.

The service period, proxy type, quantity, location, speed, limits, and other parameters are shown on the tariff page, in the order details, or in the Customer’s account.

OKProxy makes reasonable efforts to provide stable service. However, OKProxy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access, as proxy performance may depend on network infrastructure, mobile operators, data centers, third-party services, user software, user settings, and other factors outside OKProxy’s full control.

OKProxy may perform maintenance, updates, replacements, configuration changes, and other technical actions required to maintain or improve the Services.

In case of technical issues, the Customer may contact support. OKProxy may offer a replacement, location change, service extension, partial refund, or full refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Services are provided on a prepaid basis.

Available payment methods may include cryptocurrency, YooMoney, internal account balance, and other payment methods available on the website at the time of payment.

Prices, tariffs, and payment methods may be changed by OKProxy at any time. Updated conditions apply to new orders and renewals after publication on the website.

The Customer is responsible for entering correct payment details, selecting the correct cryptocurrency network, sending the correct amount, and verifying all payment parameters.

Funds added to the internal account balance may be used to pay for OKProxy services. Refunds from the account balance are available only in cases described in the Refund Policy, for example when proxies are not working or do not meet the Customer’s needs and are returned within the applicable refund period.

Payment system fees, blockchain network fees, provider fees, and exchange rate differences are not compensated unless expressly agreed otherwise by OKProxy support.

The Customer agrees to use OKProxy services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy.

The Services must not be used for spam, phishing, scams, carding, DDoS attacks, brute force, credential stuffing, hacking, malware distribution, fraudulent mass account registration, ad fraud, artificial clicks or views, copyright infringement, unlawful scraping of restricted data, or any other illegal activity.

The Customer is solely responsible for complying with the rules of third-party websites, services, exchanges, social networks, payment systems, marketplaces, advertising platforms, and other resources accessed through the proxies.

OKProxy does not guarantee compatibility with any specific website, application, platform, social network, exchange, anti-detect browser, or user software unless such compatibility is expressly confirmed by OKProxy.

OKProxy may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services without refund if the Customer:

If proxies are technically unavailable or the Customer cannot connect due to an issue on OKProxy’s side, the Customer may contact support for verification.

After checking the issue, OKProxy may offer a proxy replacement, location change, service extension, partial refund, or full refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Replacement is not guaranteed if the issue is caused by the Customer’s device, network, VPN, firewall, anti-detect browser, software, third-party website restrictions, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” unless otherwise expressly stated in the description of a specific tariff.

OKProxy is not responsible for:

OKProxy may update these Terms, tariffs, policies, refund rules, and other service documents.

The latest version is published on the website. Continued use of the website or Services after an update means acceptance of the updated terms.
