Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when Customers may request a refund for OKProxy services.
1. General Terms
OKProxy services are digital services provided on a prepaid basis.
Instead of a demo period, OKProxy offers a money-back guarantee within the applicable time limits for certain proxy types if the proxies do not work or do not meet the Customer’s needs.
A refund request must be submitted to OKProxy support within the refund period applicable to the specific product type.
2. Refund Periods by Product Type
For **IPv4 and IPv6 proxies**, the Customer may request a refund within **24 hours** from the time of purchase.
For **Mobile proxies**, the Customer may request a refund within **12 hours** from the time of purchase. Daily Mobile proxy tariffs are non-refundable.
For **Residential Pack / Residential proxies**, the Customer may request a refund within **3 hours** from the time of purchase. Hourly and daily Residential Pack tariffs are non-refundable.
For **MTProto proxies**, refund conditions are defined by the tariff description on the website or by individual order terms. If no separate terms are specified, a refund is available only in case of confirmed technical failure and if the Customer contacts support within a reasonable time after purchase.
Some proxies or tariffs may be non-refundable. Such products are marked with a red label or another clear notice during purchase. Non-refundable products are not eligible for refund unless access was not delivered or the issue was caused by OKProxy.
3. When a Refund May Be Approved
A refund may be considered if:
- access to the service was not delivered;
- the proxies are technically not working;
- connection to the proxies is impossible and the issue is confirmed by OKProxy support;
- the ordered location is unavailable and the Customer does not agree to a replacement;
- a duplicate payment was made by mistake;
- the proxies do not meet the Customer’s needs and the request is submitted within the applicable refund period.
Before issuing a refund, OKProxy may offer a proxy replacement, location change, setup assistance, or another technical solution.
4. When Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds are not provided if:
- the refund request is submitted after the applicable refund period;
- the purchased tariff is marked as non-refundable;
- the Customer purchased a daily Mobile proxy tariff;
- the Customer purchased an hourly or daily Residential Pack tariff;
- the Customer used the service and changed their mind after the refund period expired;
- the proxies are technically functional but do not work with a specific website, social network, exchange, advertising platform, marketplace, application, or third-party service;
- the issue is caused by the Customer’s settings, device, internet connection, VPN, firewall, anti-detect browser, software, or third-party restrictions;
- access was restricted or suspended due to violation of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy;
- the service was used for prohibited activity;
- the order received abuse reports or showed signs of illegal use;
- the Customer entered incorrect payment details, selected the wrong cryptocurrency network, or made an incorrect transfer not caused by OKProxy.
5. Refunds from Account Balance
Funds added to the internal account balance may be used to pay for OKProxy services.
Refunds from the account balance are available only if the proxies are not working or do not meet the Customer’s needs and are returned within the refund periods defined in this Policy.
If the Customer topped up the balance but did not place an order, refund availability is reviewed individually by support, taking into account the payment method, payment provider fees, and technical refund possibility.
6. Fees and Exchange Rate Differences
Refunds are processed minus:
- blockchain network fees;
- payment system fees;
- payment provider fees;
- bank and transaction costs;
- possible exchange rate differences between payment and refund.
For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are usually made in the same cryptocurrency or by another method agreed with OKProxy support.
OKProxy is not responsible for cryptocurrency or currency exchange rate changes between the time of payment and the time of refund.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, the Customer must contact OKProxy support and provide:
- account email or login;
- order number or purchase date;
- proxy type purchased;
- refund reason;
- issue description;
- screenshots, connection logs, or other diagnostic information if requested.
OKProxy may request additional information to verify and diagnose the issue.
If the issue is confirmed and the refund conditions are met, the refund will be processed by a method technically available to OKProxy and generally corresponding to the original payment method.
8. Refund Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within a reasonable time after the Customer provides all required information.
The actual time for funds to arrive depends on the payment method, payment system, cryptocurrency network, bank, or other provider.
9. Replacement Instead of Refund
In some cases, OKProxy may offer proxy replacement, location change, another proxy type, service extension, or another solution.
If the Customer accepts the replacement and continues using the service, a refund for that order may no longer be available unless otherwise agreed with support.
10. Changes to This Policy
OKProxy may update this Refund Policy. The latest version is published on the website.
The updated version applies to orders placed after publication unless otherwise stated.
